We can agree on the verification methods such as, for example: a period of availability of the questionnaire (start day/time and expiry), an access password, user access restrictions by IP address and/or email.
An (invisible) anti-spam protection and automated tests are active that prevent bots from sending the questionnaires. It is also possible to define filters by country and keywords.
It may be necessary or useful to send notification emails to those who have completed the questionnaire.
Thanks to secure email authentication, the system perceives the sender as reliable, also thanks to HIPAA compliance and FedRAMP, GDPR and ISO certifications.
